1. Acceptance of Terms
         By using services from Raptor Acquisition ("Company", "we", "us"), you ("Client", "you") agree to these Terms. If you do not accept, please do

         not use our services.

2. Services Provided
       We provide AI-powered automation for service businesses, including:

• Lead engagement, follow-up, and qualification

• Appointment booking into your calendar

• AI chat & voice integrations

• Nurture and email follow-up sequences

3. Client Responsibilities
       Clients must provide accurate info, complete onboarding steps, and ensure access to tools. Any 3rd-party platform fees are the

       client’s responsibility.

4. Intellectual Property
       All systems, tools, and content developed remain Raptor Acquisition’s intellectual property. Clients receive usage rights only for their

       internal operations.

5. Confidentiality
       All shared business information remains confidential unless legally required to be disclosed.

6. Limitation of Liability
       We are not liable for any indirect losses or damages. Client results vary and are not guaranteed.

7. Termination
       Either party may terminate with written notice. Upfront payments are non-refundable after 3 days unless otherwise specified.

8. Governing Law
       This agreement is governed by the laws of India.
