Refund Policy

1. Refund Eligibility
        Clients may request a full refund within 3 calendar days of initial payment, provided onboarding or service fulfillment has not yet begun.

        Once onboarding begins, all payments are final and non-refundable.

2. Ongoing Subscription Terms
        Monthly service subscriptions are billed in advance and are non-refundable. If a client wishes to cancel, written notice must be provided prior to 

        the next billing cycle.

3. Performance Guarantee
        If the client feels that the service did not meet agreed expectations after 90 days, Raptor Acquisition will offer extended support at no additional 

        cost until the client's objectives are reasonably met.

4. Additional Client Costs
        Clients are responsible for any third-party costs incurred during service delivery, including advertising budgets, software tools, or integration

        services necessary for implementation.

5. Cancellation Requests
        Clients may request cancellation at any time. However, active service periods, subscriptions, and setup costs are non-refundable. Early cancellation

       does not warrant partial refunds.

6. Dispute Resolution
        We encourage clients to contact us directly to resolve any service issues. We aim to address concerns professionally and in good faith.
